I have lived in Sierra Vista since 1988 and have been actively involved in the community. I am the proud father of four children, and I am proud to have coached them in little league baseball, soccer and basketball over the years. I am married to Iwona, who was born in Poland and grew up in Sierra Vista.  Iwona is a Director at the Sierra Vista Regional Medical Center.

Before launching a career in real estate, I spent 22 years in sales and management in Sierra Vista, first with Kinney Shoes for 9 years and 13 years with Famous Sam's Sports Grill in many positions including District Manager and Director of Human Resources. In addition to my business skills and experience, I have been a primary home buyer and seller 9 times (we are in our 9th home here in Arizona), but have also bought and sold investment property and vacation properties. So I understand the issues you have to deal with as a buyer and seller from the consumer standpoint. Plus I have had to deal with having more than one home at a time due to not being able to sell, have bought a new home before selling the old, and have been a landlord, knowledge and experiences which I find benefit my clients.

After the purchase of my first home I realized, I had no clue what I was doing. REALTORS and lenders seemed to speak a foreign language. I considered myself at least reasonably intelligent (although my wife would beg to differ at times), so I was frustrated by my ignorance of real estate. I became intrigued by the entire home buying process, so I began reading real estate related books. My passion for real estate has grown over the years until I decided to pursue a career in real estate and enrolled in a real estate licensing course. I work as a real estate professional because I have a genuine passion for real estate and for assisting people who are in the midst of a hugely important and complicated process.

One of the most important qualities I have to offer you is dedication. Being dedicated means many things! I listen to my clients wants and needs to be sure that we have the same goals for their real estate transaction. I do what I say I'm going to do, and do it better than anyone else. I understand that some situations can be overwhelming and I strive to make your home purchase or sale as quick and easy as possible.
